We accept MasterCard, Visa, Money Orders and Electronic Fund Transfers. Credit card payments are the easiest to process. If paying substantial amounts from overseas you may get a better exchange rate by sending us a bank draft or making an Electronic Fund Transfer in your own currency. We can supply our bank details on request.
Full payment must accompany bookings made less than 8 weeks before the program start.
For longer programs deposit is 20% of program price.
The balance of payment is due 8 weeks before the program start.

Cancellation Policy and Our Regulations
・We strongly recommend that you purchase mountain insurance (for distress, search expenses, and personal liability) in case of injury or accident during guided hikes. Although we plan and take measures to ensure your safety as much as possible, your safety also depends greatly on your own skills, physical strength, and equipment. In the event of injury or sudden illness, we will take care of the injured or ill, including transport to a medical facility, but any rescue costs incurred will be borne by the client.
